Martin Durrell offers his services for painting the buildings at the University of Virginia and gives prices for varnishing and graining in addition. John Kennedy provides an estimate for "lathing and plaistering" to be done on the new buildings at the University of Virginia. E. Henry offers his services for painting, glazing and graining work on the new buildings at the University of Virginia. William B. Phillips writes regarding a counterproposal that is cheaper than the one under which he had contracted the previous year, even though cost of laborers has risen.
